Refund policy

At Moonsync, we care deeply about quality and hygiene. Each batch of our hormone-support bars is crafted fresh, with a short shelf life of just 3 months. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

 

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales on www.moonsync.in are final.
 We do not accept:

  • Returns of opened or unopened products

  • Exchange requests for flavours, cycles, or variant types

  • Cancellations after the order has been confirmed

This policy ensures that every product you receive is fresh, safe, and untainted by prior handling.

 

 

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packing your order securely. However, if your package is delivered in a damaged or tampered condition, please follow these steps:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged

  • Take clear photos of the parcel and product

  • Email us at moonsync28@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery

After investigating the claim, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. We do not issue refunds in these cases.

 

 

3. Incorrect Orders

If you have received a product that is different from what you ordered:

  • Email us at moonsync28@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your order number and photos of the product received

We will review and arrange a replacement if the error is confirmed. Products must be unopened and in original condition for a replacement to be considered.

 

 

4. No Refunds on Unclaimed or Undelivered Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incomplete/incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Repeated delivery failures

We will not be able to process a refund. Re-delivery can be arranged only upon advance payment of additional shipping charges.

 

 

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Our products are made in small batches and packed quickly for freshness, which means your order may enter processing immediately.
