  • We currently ship across India via reputed courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery timelines post dispatch:

    • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

    • Non-metro cities and towns: 4–7 business days

    • Remote or rural locations: 6–10 business days

Please note that these timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹[X].

5. Delivery Issues

  • In case the delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge re-shipping fees.

6. Non-Delivery and Reshipment

If a parcel is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer, the shipping charge for re-delivery (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

 

 

7. Product Condition at Delivery

Please ensure that the package is not tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery. If you notice any such issue:

  • Refuse the delivery and inform us immediately at moonsync28@gmail.com with photos, if possible.

  • Once accepted, we may not be able to entertain claims related to physical damage.

 

 

8. No International Shipping (Currently)

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India.
